Job Description

    Profile Overview:As the Sales & Marketing Manager at RE/MAX Gujarat, you will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. You will oversee a team of sales and marketing professionals, working collaboratively to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and strengthen customer relationships. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in positioning Re/Max Gujarat as a market leader in the real estate industry.Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives and targets.Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve performance goals.Drive sales growth through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion strategies.Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.Foster strong. relationships with key clients, real estate agents, developers, and industry stakeholders to maximizebusiness opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions andadjustments.Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track performance metrics, manage pipelines, and generate insights for continuous improvement.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.Proven track record of success in sales and marketing management roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.Commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
