• ITI (Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical)
• Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
• B.Tech / BE candidates are also eligible
• Backlogs in B.Tech are not a barrier if technical skills and attitude are strong
Experience - 1 to 3 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities
• Conduct regular tyre health audits (pressure, tread depth, wear analysis) at fleet location.
• Diagnose tyre-related issues (underinflation, overinflation, irregular wear, leakage)
• Perform on-site breakdown support, basic troubleshooting, and quick fixes
• Maintain service tools, checklists, and adherence to Fleeca technical SOPs
• Install and maintain TPMS sensors, valve tees, external monitoring units, etc.
Operational Responsibilities
• Coordinate with fleets, transporters, and drivers for scheduled service
• Ensure 100% documentation on Fleecas mobile/IT systems
• Prepare reports on tyre performance, issues, and customer feedback
• Support En-Route Centres (ERC) and tyre-management operations
Customer Interaction
• Explain tyre-care best practices to fleets
• Demonstrate Fleeca Kawach alerts, benefits, and preventive-maintenance usage
• Represent Fleeca professionally at depots, transport hubs, and workshops
Skills RequiredTechnical Skills
• Basic mechanical/automobile knowledge
• Understanding of tyre structure, inflation, and wear (training will be provided)
• Ability to use tools, gauges, and digital diagnostic devices
• Ready to work with IoT devices/TPMS systems
