As an experienced IT Project Manager and Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing IT projects to ensure they align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include:Leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate project delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitoring progress against these metrics.Facilitating stakeholder meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies for project issues.Documenting project processes and ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:7 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.Proven track record of successful project delivery in a complex IT environment.Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to analyze and solve problems with a keen attention to detail.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) are a plus.Additionally, if you are selected for this position, you will be accountable for the IT investments for a business unit or business function with country-level scope. You will also be responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions to meet business needs.
