Job Description

    The Banca Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the bancassurance operations of a financial institution. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with banking partners, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.Responsibility:
    • Work on assigned leads (given by Nationalize Banks) and generate referrals from every visit thats made to customer.
    • Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
    • Cross sell and up sales Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
    • Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
    • Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis
    • Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
    Requirements:
    • Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation
    • Knowledge Required: Knowledge about Life Insurance industry, preferably in bancassurance sales in Public Sector Bank.
    • Age should be below 35
    • CTC: Up to 3.5 + Incentives (Performance Based) + Attractive Rewards.
