      • Client Relationship Development:
        • Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
        • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally.
        • Gain a deep understanding of each clients business goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions that support their success.
      • Client Retention & Satisfaction:
        • Actively engage with clients to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.
        • Conduct regular satisfaction assessments and take necessary actions to ensure clients needs are met.
        • Oversee the renewal process, contract extensions, and identify opportunities for upselling to drive long-term client retention and revenue growth.
      • Sales Support & Business Growth:
        • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services that align with client needs.
        • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and facilitate successful service transitions.
        • Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations when needed.
      • Account Management & Monitoring:
        • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, account health, and revenue.
        • Prepare reports on client account status, renewals, and feedback for management review.
        • Ensure that services or products are delivered on time and in line with agreed terms.
      • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
        • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
        • Handle client complaints, conflicts, and other concerns, ensuring that clients needs are met to their satisfaction.
      • Market Awareness & Feedback:
        • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to better serve clients.
        • Share insights with product or service teams to enhance offerings based on client feedback.
