Roles & Responsibilities:Implement and monitor site-specific safety plans at interior fit-out project locations.Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular site safety audits.Identify and eliminate hazards through risk assessments and preventive measures.Ensure use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe working procedures at all times.Maintain records of accidents/incidents, near-misses, and safety observations.Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to enforce safety.Display and maintain safety signages and emergency procedures at the site.Ensure fire safety, electrical safety, and work-at-height compliance as per fit-out project needs.Liaise with local authorities and client representatives as required.Report safety performance, violations, and corrective actions to management.
