The role involves techno-commercial sales, project sales, and business development by working closely with contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction chemicals and waterproofing segment.
• Engage with contractors, consultants, architects, builders, and project owners to generate sales.
• Provide techno-commercial solutions and product demonstrations to clients.
• Handle project sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong dealer/distributor networks.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure timely payment collections.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
• Collaborate with the technical team for site trials, product applications, and technical support.
