Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for-
    • Achieve Net Sales and AR targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Execute initiatives rolled out by the division to meet sales and collection targets.
    • Drive revenue growth from selected sites by implementing value-added activities for retention and penetration.
    • Conduct and participate in activities such as demos, e-demos, seminars, customer visits, and webinars to generate and nurture leads.
    • Leverage high-quality sales tools to convert self-generated and marketing leads while ensuring a timely response.
    • Work closely with the service team to strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and market trends.
    • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
    Key Competencies:
    • English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage.
    • Must possess good business acumen, be self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
    • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
    Qualifications:
    • BE/Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics or BSc in Electronics.
    • Usage of CRM and/or an ERP system will be an added advantage.
    Experience:
    • 1-2 years of frontline sales experience in capital equipment.
    • Knowledge of automation, process, or packaging equipment industry will be an added advantage.
    • Past exposure to consultative/value selling of capital equipment.
    • Preferred Industry: Pharma, Medical Devices, Food, Chemical or Manufacturing
