Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in building materials, including Tiles, AAC Blocks, and ALC Wall Panels. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve ambitious targets. This position is based in Pune, Palghar, Navi Mumbai, and Surat, offering a competitive annual salary of 12,00,000.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the companys products.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 4 to 9 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials sector.
    • Strong knowledge of adhesives, gypsum, ACP, tiles, AAC, and other building materials.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
    This is a full-time, on-site position with a day schedule. We are looking to fill 2 positions for this role.
