Sales ManagerEligibility Criteria:
• Age: 24 to 38 years
• Education: Graduation (10th 12th 3 years of degree). Diploma holders not considered
• Work Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of field sales experience with proven stability
• Current Status: Must be presently employed
• Location Stability: Should have been residing in the same city for at least 3 years
• Performance Proof: Must have earned minimum 25,000 incentives in the past (document proof required)
• Documents: All mandatory documents required for verification
Role: Sales Manager
• Drive business through direct field sales and customer acquisition
• Manage and grow sales within assigned territory
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance
Desired Skills:
• Strong sales and target achievement orientation
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince, influence, and maintain long-term client relations
• Good local market knowledge
Compensation & Benefits:
• CTC: Up to 4,00,000 per annum
