Our goal is to deliver fast, accurate, and actionable trading insights directly to userswithin their wallets, apps, or platformswhile ensuring system integrity, scalability, and low latency.Responsibilities

• Leverage strong architectural expertise to design and develop microservice applications using Java Spring.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to take ownership of end-to-end system architecture.
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with cross-functional technology teams across various domains throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
• Conduct thorough architectural reviews, proactively identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to support collaboration across global teams in different time zones.

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in software development and system architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and building Java Spring microservice applications.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering systems with high concurrency and high availability.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge or experience in Web3 technologies is considered a plus.
