Job Description

    • Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up, processing CVs, Updating / maintaining Internal Database
    • Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients requirements
    • Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level and presentation.
    • Gathering pre- interview information
    • Building relationships with clients, understanding the job description, client companies, and their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
    • Pre-offer follow up - Telephonic Screening, scheduling interview, getting feedback from both client & candidate after the interview
    • Post-offer Follow up Find out candidates interest and motivate till joining
    • Maintaining and updating the various MIS reports
