Job Description

    • Position Title- Assistant Manager
    • Department- Health Claims
    Role Summary:Performing quality check of all Health claims decided with strong eye on risk.Reviewing correctness of claim benefit according to product features and guidelinesUnderstanding trends and liaison with internal stakeholders for exhaustive claim QC.Publish QC dashboards to assessment team and management highlighting various trends observed during QCImpart training to assessment team based highlighting common lapses noted during daily QC.Take measures to reduce repetitive errors and improve overall Quality scoreEnsure compliance to all internal & regulatory requirements and delivery in lines with the same.Identify areas of improvement and take up enhancement projects and ensure delivery as per business objectiveImplement management action plansPreparation and review of control reports for proactive identification of process gapsConduct ad-hoc audits for proactive identification of risk areasManage and ensure timely sharing of all audit and compliance requirements
