Job Description

    About The Company:Aras Client is a technology services company that primarily provides solutions for the banking and financial services sector. It is often associated with delivering a range of products and services, including ATM services, transaction processing, and card management solutions.The Role:In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of ATM, POS, and e-commerce services. Your responsibilities will include providing 24/7 production support, troubleshooting issues, managing transaction monitoring, and collaborating with vendors to resolve production problems. This role is essential to maintaining the reliability of payment systems and card transaction processing.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide 24/7 production support for ATM, POS, and e-commerce services, including real-time issue resolution and troubleshooting.
    • Perform NPCI certification testing and implementation for payment systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ATM systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of ATM transactions.
    • Collaborate with switch vendors to resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on services.
    • Support Card Management Systems (Debit, Prepaid, Contactless) by addressing any system-related queries or issues.
    • Maintain and support Tomcat, JPOS, XML, and ISO 8583 integration and protocols.
    • Ensure the proper functioning and secure processing of card transactions using EMV, MAC, and DKE technologies.
    • Continuously improve system monitoring and reporting processes to enhance the reliability and performance of payment systems.
    Skills Required:
    • Unix/Linux command knowledge
    • Proficiency in Oracle/MySQL queries
    • Experience with ATM, POS, and e-commerce services
    • Familiarity with NPCI certification testing and 24/7 support
    • Knowledge of DKE, MAC, and EMV technologies
    • Strong ATM troubleshooting skills
    • Expertise in Tomcat, JPOS, XML, and ISO 8583
    • Understanding of Card Management Systems (Debit, Prepaid, Contactless)
    • Experience in transaction monitoring and production issue analysis
    • Ability to collaborate with switch vendors to resolve issues
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Any Graduate
    • 2-4 years of experience
