    Onboarding Officer | Inside Sales SpecialistQuick Highlights
    • Locations: Thane (Wagle Estate) & Malad (Mumbai)
    • Salary (Thane): Up to 33,000 Take Home High Incentives
    • Salary (Mumbai/Malad): Up to 40,000 CTC High Incentives
    • Experience:Any outbound calling exp.
    • Education: Graduate (HSC pass considered with proven sales experience)
    Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Onboarding Officers to counsel potential investors and generate sales by selling equity-based advisory services. If you have a hunter mindset and excel at closing deals over the phone, this is the right place for you!Key Responsibilities
    • Managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
    • Selling equity-based products and advisory services via outbound calls.
    • Counseling interested customers and suggesting investment plans tailored to their financial goals.
    • Maintaining high productivity (150-200 calls daily with 5 hours of talk time).
    Candidate Requirements
    • Language: Must be fluent in English & Hindi. Proficiency in Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Kannada, or Malayalam is a huge plus.
    • Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
    • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
    • Location Preference:
      • For Thane: Candidates from Central Line (Dadar to Badlapur) or Harbour Line.
      • For Malad: Candidates with easy commute to Western suburbs.
