URGENT HIRING FORCCTV / EPABX TechnicianJob Location :Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / ThaneDescription: -
• Responsible for customer Grievances / complaints and will be on field.
• Knowledge of Networking / DVR installation / IP Camera
• Responding to Customer complaints evaluating and resolving the issues within committed timelines;
• Assisting in installing the equipment; analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands;
• Along with repairs, tests and maintaining equipment; Service engineer needs to monitors performance of the product, maintains product manuals,
• Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests;
• Develops and maintains relations with customers;
• Report common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference;
• Make recommendations to maintenance technicians and offer feedback on product development, features and functions.
Qualifications:10th/12th Pass / 10th Or 12th plus Diploma. (If Technically sound then less than 10th also preferred)IIT/BE/Graduate.Experienced Require: -25yrs Min & Max 7-12yrs
