Job Description

    Centeral Technical Team - HousingLegal & Technical MIS Management TAT, In-house penetration, Team Productivity
    • APF process Maintain Data Quality, Completeness & Compliance
    • Cross Audit Process Management Review, Analysis & implementing actionable
    • Monitoring Pan India vendor bill processing and maintaining NOCs
    • Drive Digitization initiatives, preparation of BRD, UAT testing and coordination
    • Compilation of location specific technical policies and circulation
    • Preparation of periodic Valuation Review data to be presented to Senior Management
    • Technical Policy Periodic review and incorporation of changes
    • Review and Analysis of Internal Audit Report and findings, preparation of audit reverts
    • Identify new streams for revenue growth and chalk out ways to achieve the same
    • Monitor the portfolio/ delinquencies related to technical aspects
    • Keep track of the developments in real estate market and its impact upon lending parameters, property valuations and other financial implications.
    • Carrying out cross audit at locations Compile and evaluate findings
    • Efforts towards augmenting valuation income and necessary coordination with stakeholders
    • New ideas for streamlining processes, policies and digitization initiatives
    • Devising R & R programme for technical team, compile, analyse performance data
    • Periodic review of valuations for NPA / Recovery cases and to publish the findings
    • Vendor Scoring & Review Half Yearly
    • Upkeep of Technical Valuation Portal
    • Upkeep of training calendar for Valuation team
    • Training Manual and Learning Outcomes
    • Developing E-Learning Module for Technical Real Estate Valuation, Property Valuation, Commercial Valuation, Technical Valuation Thane 2-7 years 30-32L
