Job Description

Urgent opening for the post ofCustomer Service Executive at Powai location. Please find the below details :Total Experience : 2-6 yrsGender : Males / FemaleLocation :PowaiSalary : Decent hikeJob role :

  • The NRC Associate is responsible for Refer to NRC center bucket complaint of CRM.
  • NRC Agent need to call customer and validate and verify all require details of complaint.
  • NRC agent need to request customer to share require document on email id (such as Warranty proof/ Invoice copy, defect snap, defect video) for further process of refer to NRC (Replacement) complaints.
  • To handle all incoming mails
  • NRC Agent is responsible for allocating and complete updation of refer to NRC complaints with proper attachment of document in CRM with the help of emails of customer.
  • Ability to communicate politely with customer and understanding customer issue over the phone as well as over the emails.
  • Maintain the records of processed cases and weekly reports and daily reports.
