    Hiring Alert: Customer Service / Sales Executive (Outbound Process)We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our outbound customer service and sales processes.Job Role: Customer Service / Sales Executive (Outbound)Location: MumbaiShift Timing: Day Shift (as per process requirement)Week Off: Sunday / Rotational (depending on process)Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply (as per process) Prior experience in BPO / Sales is an added advantage Excellent / Fluent communication skills in English Strong convincing and interpersonal skillsJob Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Pitch products/services (sales process where applicable) Maintain call quality and achieve targets Build and maintain good customer relationships Follow company guidelines and process trainingSalary & Benefits: Salary Range: 14,000 35,000 (In-hand) CTC Range: 18,000 40,000 (depending on process & experience) Salary will be based on communication skills, experience, and interview performance Attractive incentives (for sales processes) Growth opportunities within the organizationKey Skills Required: Good communication & listening skills Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a target-driven environmentNote:Salary, shift, and process allocation will depend on interview performance and communication skills.
