Job Description

Operate HMC.
Get load chart fromPPC for next load.
Check programs if available if not make programs.
Run machine.
Check jobs manufactured on machine
Verify 1st job with quality control inspector
Run production and check all jobs made on machine
Entry daily production data on job sheet
Clean machine daily before starting operation
Setting the job on machine
Report job damage/rework/reject to production supervisor when it occurs
Check next job load with PPC and get all tools and get job ready before starting next job.

Clean the machine daily
Keep all tools and measuring instruments in proper and safe manner in rack near machine
Maintain the machine on daily basis. Oil, lubricate the necessary places and check for abnormal sound

Make program on machine
Setting job on the machine
Run the machine
Check the job made on machine
