Job Description

    DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR BP will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities for our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India and should be familiar with the latest HR trends and practices.Responsibilities
    • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide them with strategic HR solutions
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
    • Manage performance management process and ensure timely completion of performance reviews
    • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent
    • Analyze HR data and provide insights to business leaders to drive HR strategy and decision-making
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in HR Business Partner role in India
    • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision making
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
