Greetings from Resonance HR Solutions.!!WE HAVE AN URGENT OPENING FOR HR Executive / Manager role for a BEST AND REPUTED COMPANY IN INDIA.!!Designation: HR Executive / ManagerAnnual CTC: 2,40,000 + Joining Bonus 3,50,000Education: GraduateExperience: Minimum Experience 1 Years in HR (ESIC / PF)Age : Between 23 to 30 yearsYou will handle all statutory & payroll compliances (PF /ESIC/ Payment of Bonus act/Wages act).You will gather inputs related to attendance,leave management, exits, new joiners, incentives, performance bonuses & salary changes. for kick-starting the monthly payroll activity. You will maintain the employee master details for reporting purposes & maintenance of employee records. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pay disbursements including the variable, incentives, full & final settlements. You will handle all compliance activities including monthly, quarterly and annual filings.You will ensure salary disbursement and statutory compliance timelines are adhered You bring in an understanding of tax implications and work with vendors and finance teams You will handle all employee queries regarding their salaries.You will play an Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including employees, Leadership group , payroll and compliance partners)You have 1- 3 years of hands-on experience working in the ESIC / PF & statutory compliancesYou have worked on any one payroll software system.You have working knowledge of restructuring salary components. You are someone who has the highest level of integrity, attention to detail, and is well organised. You have awesome excel skills and data interpretation skills.You can thrive in high performance-oriented culture.
