Job Description

    Urgent job opening for IT Support Level 1 at Thane Pokhran.Position Purpose:Provide immediate and comprehensive support for IT-related issues escalated from dispatch, ensuring smooth operation for all employees and systems.Key Responsibilities:
    • Address and resolve IT issues escalated by the dispatcher.
    • Provide remote support, in-office physical support, phone support, and troubleshooting.
    • Set up and configure computer systems.
    • Perform basic Level 1 troubleshooting tasks including Active Directory, O365, Intune Autopilot, and basic hardware.
    • Document and maintain a clear record of all tasks, findings, and resolutions.
    • Escalate more intricate issues to Level 2 technicians.
    Qualifications:
    • Strong foundational knowledge in IT concepts.
    • Proficiency in Active Directory, O365, Intune Autopilot, Azure tools, Windows and MAC operating systems.
    • Experience in IT support, hardware setup, troubleshooting, basic networking knowledge and understanding of corporate domain structures.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
