Job Description

    • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
    • Manage budgets and forecasts
    • Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of Team, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established
    • Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow
    • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of the installation operations
    • Coordinating with installation team for completion of job
    • Work with sales & marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of Tank Installation
    • Frequent Visits to Sites to Monitor the Installations
    • Actively follow up with the installation team, external customers and vendors to close action items
    Candidates profile:
    • Min 8yrs of experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industry
    • Must Be a BE / Dip with an Operations Management degree preferred
    • Must Have worked under ERP system
    • Should have worked on installation & commissioning projects.
    • Very good communication & team handling capabilities
