Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for layout Inspection , online inspection , pre- dispatch inspection, customer complaints handling, product and process audit
    • Analysis of Rejection and taking action & Preparation Monthly Rejection Report
    • Maintaining All ISO Document (ISO 9001: 2008)
    • Ensuring Proper incoming material and inspection to avoid Passing of any defective part to the production line. Send Daily O, S & D (Over, Shortage & Defected) Data To internal staff on daily basis
    • Quality system need to be implemented and practiced in day to day workings at all areas of operation.
    • Maintain a list of all inspection/measuring instruments available in the premises and ensure they are calibrated.
    • As per inspection plan inspect all incoming Raw Material and outgoing finished goods as per specifications and document it.
    • In case of non compliance of required standards, inform all concerned and put the material under hold condition till the decision of disposal, use under deviation or reject and send back to supplier.
    • A system of traceability need to be made to have a FIFO system. The final lot of products is to be inspected for quality approval before despatch and its report be attached with invoice/ challan for customer reference.
    Education, Experience and skillsets:
    • Diploma / Degree Engineering from Mechanical ENGINEER
    • Min 2-5 Years experience in QA,QC Dept as supervisor / Engineer / Executive
    • Knowledge and past experience in working with ISO 9001 Certified companies
    • Excellent with MS Office
    • Independent, self driven and takes ownership
    • Excellent with Email communication i,e internally and externally(If required) - Time Management - Process oriented - PositiveMultitasker - Team Player
    • Technical: - Knowledge of Incoming, Inprocess Quality Inspection,Handling of Customer complaints ,Process audit ,product audit, internal audits - Knowledge of handling Vernier calliper, micrometre etc lab testing & measuring instruments - Basic ISO 9001:2015 Qms, 7QC Tools,5S KAIZEN, TPM,TQM ,CAPA Implementation
