Job Description

Checking the emails and allotting tasks to the respective team members. Overseeing the tasks assigned to ensure that it completes on time. Following up with clients for documents and ensuring that they are received on time for further process Reconcile transaction, brokerage and ensure timely updation. To be able to guide investors to complete KYC online or offline. Apart from Mutual Funds, the candidate is expected to step up the role in servicing clients for other products like PMS, P2P Products. Reconcile all missing transactions. Co-ordinate with external vendors for any requirements. Make a note of gaps that are there in processes and systems and fulfil the same.Requirement Ability to track MF transactions and reconcile non-financial and financial transactions. Delivery of a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers Report generation and support to customers on transaction. Follow through tasks and take ownership to ensure they are completed to the required standards Adhere to policies, standard framework decided stated by the company to meet client need Meeting all Control and Compliance requirements and updating procedures as required Ensure day to day operations are performed and SLAs are met as per agreed for all businesses Timely and accurate processing and customer resolution Timely escalation on incomplete/delayed processingExperience: Bachelors degree with minimum 2-3 years of experience in back-office operations at any Mutual fund distributor office. Exposure to Investment Operations and especially in HNI segment be an added advantageSkills: Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Strong and proficient in knowledge source to help guide and navigate associates Good Microsoft skills including Excel, Word and Outlook Extensive knowledge of risk & controls to resolve first level escalated inquiries Computer literate and ability to grasp several in house systems quickly. Proficiency in typing Demonstrates collaborative competencyJob Locations:Turbhe Navi MumbaiSalary Package:
    • Annual CTC of Rs.4.50 to 16.50 Lac per annum plus performance based high Incentives.
    • Plus PF, Gratuity and Mediclaim & Insurance cover (as per policy).
    Education Qualification:
    • Minimum Graduate with any stream Or
    • Post Graduate with any stream.
