    • Employer Branding: Promoting the companys culture and values to attract top talent.
    • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics to inform future hiring strategies.
    • Compliance: Ensuring that recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
    • Onboarding: Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
