    Dear Candidate,Job Opening for the position of Jr and Sr. Utility Engineer-ThaneExp- 2 to 8 yrsWe are Pharma Engineering Consultant who are into turnkey projects Provides one stop solution.For Senior- DesignLoad Balancing of Utility and capacity analysis.Utility capacity selection based on utility estimation and capacity analysis.Prepare utility area location and sizing details based on utility equipment selection, space planning.Prepare Process flow diagrams.Prepare Piping & instrumentation diagrams. Pump head, Pipe Size, Pipe Material of Construction, Valve Sizing, Valve selection all based on fluids and media.To prepare utility consumption chart.To prepare capacity and cycle time analysis of various utilities factory Steam, chilled water, cooling water, compressed air, fuel, portable water, soft water, purified water, WFI, PS, Etc.To calculate utility consumption for the respective pharmaceutical facilities.To design all utility pipe sizing, pump sizing & utility equipment sizing.To prepare layout- user point location, utility pipe routing.To prepare bill of quantity calculations.To prepare general utility electrical load.To send inquiries and get offers for various designed components for Utility.To prepare budgetary costing.To prepare technical specification of utility & process equipment.To verify BOQ from clients and make query list on the same.To discuss with vendors for technical details and offers.Skills & Knowledge:1. Should have working knowledge of AutoCAD & should be able to work independently.2. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.3. Shall be aware of utility equipment types, specification and selection.4.
