Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Job Opening for the position of Instrumentation Analyst at Thane.Head Office : Wagle Estate ThaneWeekly off : SundayWorking Hours: 9 am to 5.30 pmQualification -Masters in Science (Any branch of Chemistry)Company Details:It is a 100% Indian World Class Lab. Over past 40 years it has been in the forefront of Monitoring, Analysis, Research and Training and has grown into a world class laboratory spread across 15000 square feet of state-of-the-art instrumentation with 200 people working in the field of Environment, Food and Consumer Product testing services. The lab is accredited under ISO 17025 by NABL and is recognised by MoEF, MoFPI, FSSAI, BIS, APEDA, AGMARK, EIC. The lab is also certified for QMS, EMS and OSHAS and is empanelled with World Bank and as 3P Lab with many multinationals. We have satellite labs in Pune and Bangalore. Whereas satellite offices in Aurangabad, Goa, Nashik and have pan India sampling presence. Our Inspection Surveyors team is spread across 24 locations in India.1. To perform the analysis as per allotted job and as per prescribed method, within stipulated TAT.2. To undertake the preventive maintenance of allotted instruments, related sample preparation equipment. To ensure that the annual maintenance of instruments is carried out by the instrument vendors as per the schedule and record the details of maintenance. To attend to the service engineer in case of break down and to ensure that the instruments are in working condition all the time.3. To undertake the maintenance of CRMs and SRMs (if any) and prepare their stocks, intermediate stocks and working standard solutions. To ensure that the CRMs are within their expiry period and order the new/ consumed CRMs in a timely manner.4. To maintain all the relevant records, documents and undertake its timely updates as per ISO 17025 and other relevant Quality management systems. To review and cross check the work carried out by junior analysts or trainees wrt sample preparation, calibration etc. and to check, validate and sign the jobsheets of samples.Key Skills:
