Job Description

    Position: Pre-Primary Teacher (Female) Location: Gautam Singhania Global School, Thane Salary: 22,000-25,000 per month Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply) Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleGautam Singhania Global School is looking for a passionate, nurturing, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to provide a joyful and engaging learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent classroom management skills, strong communication abilities, and a child-centric approach to teaching.Key Responsibilities
    • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the pre-primary curriculum.
    • Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
    • Encourage the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of children.
    • Conduct interactive learning activities through storytelling, rhymes, art, music, games, and hands-on experiences.
    • Observe, assess, and maintain records of each childs progress.
    • Communicate regularly with parents regarding students development and classroom activities.
    • Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
    • Maintain discipline while creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
    • Participate in school events, celebrations, parent meetings, and training sessions.
    • Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all students at all times.
    Required Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent classroom management abilities.
    • Creativity and enthusiasm for early childhood education.
    • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing personality.
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
    • Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
    Qualification
    • Mandatory: ECCEd (Early Childhood Care & Education) or B.Ed.
    • Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
    • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
