Job Description

    1. Preparation of QAP/FQP and procedure for equipment, such as vessel, tanks, structural steel, valves, piping etc.
    2. Co-ordination with customer for quality related issues and inspection at sub supplier place as per QAP.
    3. Issuance of release note after satisfactory completion of inspection.
    4. Follow up with supplier/vendor for any technical query and inspection deficiency.
    5. Preparation of inspection dockets for MDCC.
    6. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections
    7. of mechanical equipment such as vessel, tanks, structural steel, valves, piping etc.
    8. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspectionsof mechanical equipment such as vessel, tanks, structural steel, valves, piping etc.
    9. Follow process & maintain documentation for ISO 9001:2015.
    10. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
