Job Description

    What is our Requirement :Role :Sr. Sales Manager / Sales ManagerLocation :Vashi ( Navi Mumbai )Required Exp:Min - 1 Year Max -7 YearsAge :18 to 35 YearsProject Locations -Shilphata, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Mumbai.Communication Skills -Good / ExcellentSalary :2.40 LPA to 4.80 LPA ( Salary Negotiable justified on the basis of Interview Performance, Skill sets & Calibre )Bike & Driving License: - Mandatory but in Execeptional cases can be considered.Candidates from Real Estate Background only should apply . We cant consider other Industry Exp.Key Result Area (Duties & Responsibilities):
    • Sale of residential properties in Navi Mumbai, Thane & Central Mumbai.
    • Intermediate negotiation processes, advice clients on market conditions and prices.
    • Playing key role in faster decision making & finalizing the property in the best interest of the customer.
    • Understand clients requirement and propose property that suits them best.
    • Prepare comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
    • Scheduling, accompanying and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyer till closure through managing daily routine calls.
    • Ensuring all the prospects queries about the projects are addressed.
    • Moving the prospect to the final stage and closing the sale.
    • Maintaining records of daily, weekly and monthly status reports to provide timely updates to the Head of Operations
    • Maintaining strong rapport with past and present customers to enhance reference pool
    • Achieving weekly/ monthly assigned targets.
    • Coordinating with the Developer to have updated information about any modifications in status of service, pricing and new launches.
    • Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics of the sector.
    Educational Qualification:
    • M.COM, B.B.A / B.M.S (Marketing, Sales Management) or Any Graduate
    • MBA/ PGDM/ MMS Marketing, Sales, Management.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Must require hands-on experience inB2CReal Estate direct sales of 1-3 years.
    • Must have strong exposure of Residential Flats Selling exp.
    • Must be Aggresive in Sales
    • Must be Presentable
    • Must have a Learning Attitude
    • Must be a Good & Excellent Communication Skills ( Hindi & English both )
    • WorkExperience ofLocation :Kharghar,Panvel,Shilphata, Thane,CentralMumbai.
    • Must have experience to deal with HNI, Investors and End users.
    • Saturday & Sundays are working. Monday is fixed week off.
    • Must be Flexible in timings & travel.
    • Good knowledge and Strong location awarenes about all the locations of Navi Mumbai, Thane & Central Mumbai.
    • Strong Convincing & Negotiation skills.
    • Must have own Vehicle (Bike/Car), should know bike riding and should have driving license.
    • Confident, self-starter & presentable personality.
    • Positive attitude for meeting new people. Someone who enjoys doing sales. He should have Client friendly approach.
    • Ability to understand requirements of prospects & propose the property that suits best to the requirement.
    • Must have good analytical skills. Decent aptitude to understand and pitch property
    • solutions.
