R&DLocation: WADAThis Role Reports to- Lead Specialist Test LabPURPOSE OF THE ROLEProduct Testing and performance approval as per DVVP / International Standards / Domestic Standards / Energy Labeling Standards, Lab operation and Maintenance, Support for Development of New test laboratories, Lab accreditation as per ISO 17025,IDEAL PROFILEEducational Qualification : Essential: BE / B-Tech in Electrical Engineering (1st Priority) or BE / B-Tech Mechanical Engineering (2nd priority)Functional / Technical Expertise1. Good Understanding of commercial Refrigeration Products like Deep Freezer, Water Cooler etc2. Hands on Knowledge in Testing of commercial Refrigeration Products3. HVAC Product Testing Standards and ISO 170254. Measurement Uncertainty, Proficiency Testing5. Robust Product Design tools (DFMEA, CFD, Six Sigma)Total Experience Required (In yrs.)2~3 years of experience in Refrigeration or Air conditioning products testing as per IS or ISO standard(International). (must condition)Responsibilities4.1 Product Performance Approval Testing of New Models for Domestic and International Market as per Project Plan, Analysis of Data and Report Generation, Installation of product, Product setup requirements4.2 Lab Operation, Safety & Maintenance - Lab Utilization MIS, Preventive and Break down maintenance, Procurement of Consumables / Spares / Capital items, Housekeeping of lab area, Safety of lab equipment and personnel, Interaction and service finalization with service providers4.3 Quality Check Program- Periodic Correlation and Calibration as per plan, Intermediate calibration, ILC process owner4.4 Lab and Product Certification Interaction with respective agencies and Documentations for NABL Certification / AHRI Certification / Satellite Certification program /Product Certifications4.5 Testing Standards- Study of Field Failures and Lab Failure and development of new test conditions / Participate in DVVP / Understanding of Standards4.6 People Development- Training to operators and technician, Discuss the Key points of Standards with operators and Technicians,4.7 Productivity Improvement- Regular Improvement in Lab Operation to improve Productivity & Quality of Testing by introducing/updating new Tools/software.Thanks & RegardsDylan J.
