    The Successful Applicant
    • A track record of 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
    • A proven ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters, achieving outcomes through effective leadership and mentorship.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling relationship-building across all tiers of the organization.
    • A proactive, solution-driven mindset focused on delivering a superlative client experience.
    • A proven passion for client-focused, results-driven approach,anda keen eye for new opportunities
    • Rich experience in Client Management
    • Good team player, who takes initiative
