Job Description

    Telesales Executive (Gujarati)Openings: 10 Location: Thane (Pick & Drop available from Thane Station)Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives fluent in Gujarati to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting loan/financial products, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings.
    • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
    • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.
    • Maintain call records and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Deliver excellent customer service while driving sales.
    Requirements
    • Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
    • Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telesales/Collections (mandatory).
    • Language: Fluency in Gujarati is required.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Work Details
    • Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
    • Working Days: 6 days a week | 1 rotational off (MonFri)
    • Salary: Up to 18,000 In-hand Attractive Incentives
    • Benefits: Pick & Drop facility from Thane Station
