Job Description

    Virtual Relationship Manager- Hiring Now! We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a leading banks dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales and client engagement, this role is for you! Role Details:
    • Designation: M1 Assistant Manager
    • Job Type: Permanent, Work from Office
    • Location: Thane, Mumbai
    • Salary: 3.50 LPA PLP
    • Training Fee: 50,000 (Refundable in 2 installments)
    Eligibility:
    • Graduate with 50% marks or above
    • Final year / Result awaited candidates eligible
    • Freshers and PGs (MBA/BE/B.Tech) welcome
    • Age: Below 25 years
    • 0-5 years of experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
    • No prior association with the bank or its group companies
    • No family members currently employed with the bank
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle outbound calls for Wealth/Privy clients
    • Promote and cross-sell a range of banking products
    • Achieve defined sales and service targets
    • Provide quality support and timely query resolution
    • Maintain compliance and data security standards
    • 100% office-based role (no travel/field visits)
    Training Fee Refund Policy:
    • 25,000 refundable on completion of 1 year
    • 25,000 refundable on completion of 2 years
    Additional Benefits:
    • 5 working days per week
    • Sunday off 1 rotational off
