Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Source new customers for affordable housing loans through direct sales and channel partners.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and local influencers.
• Follow up on loan disbursements and provide post-sales customer support

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Affordable Home Loans, Home Loans and LAP sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or closing ~60 Lakhs per month business.
• Graduation mandatory.
• Age below 33 years.
• CIBIL score 650 and above.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
• Notice period up to 45 or 60 days can be considered; 90 days should not be considered.
