i. Bachelors Degree in Civil/Mechanical engineering with planning, urban management, urban ecological planning, urban environmental management, construction management, or related discipline. Key Skills: ii. Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban infrastructure projects with a focus on collection and transportation, related C&T planning activities, route planning &optimization, development of service delivery infrastructure in ULBs for biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste collection, transportation, processing and treatment, recycling, collection, etc. iii. Experience with route planning and optimization tools, including GIS software, would be preferred. iv. Regional experience of working in Kerala would also be preferred. v. Experience or working in projects funded by World Bank, ADB, will be preferred. vi. Experience handling similar projects at the local government level. vii. Regional language (Malayalam) speaking, reading and writing skills will be preferred.,
