Job Description

JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the leadership of an Applications Group, within Information Technology Services (ITS), and the functions and associates who operate within the group. Position provides leadership, and day to day management and is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the function and its relationship within the business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Provide support to end users on ERP related queries/issues,
  • Training, Process documentation
  • Support on providing data for analysis using sql query
  • Requirement gathering and documentation
  • Testing.
  • Support manager in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing Microsoft Dynamics Nav-ERP system capabilities.
  • Support on administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users.
  • Support on database backup and restoration.
  • Collaborate with ERP vendor to discuss new requirements and test and delivers new business requirements.
  • Support end users on ERP functional and provide basic technical support
  • Develop reports (RDLC) in ERP
  • Support business on data extract from ERP using SQL query
  • Develop reports in Power BI application
  • Collaborate with global IT team in US when needed.
EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.ExperienceMinimum 2 years experience, Maximum 3 Years Skills
  • Hands on basic technical experience in any language.
  • Willing to learn new system/technologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business/functional and technical issues relating to any software system.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and customer expectations.
  • Knowledge in SQL query is added advantage.
  • Knowledge in any ERP system is added advantage.
  • Proven dedication to quality client service and proactive responsiveness to client needs.
  • Proficient in Malayalam and able to use English in written and verbal communication.
