  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Sourcing screening and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Salary negotiation and Offer generation and onboarding of candidates
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience of 2+ yrs as an IT Recruiter.
  • Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment
  • Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, social media, referrals etc.
  • Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement
  • Good communications and experience on contract and permanent staffing
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Should have good communication and convincing skills.
