Job Description

Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) EWT supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience. Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.The opportunity IAM Specialist-PKI has responsibilities for support and manage the Global PKI solution and services utilizing MS, and Entrust PKI technology. This individual will own and manage all end-to-end aspects of services under their remit including but not limited to service engineering, L2 break/fix support, service roadmaps and standards and vendor management. Engineer is responsible for completing technical deliverables on projects assigned. Other responsibilities include driving stability for all technologies and services under their responsibility including resolution of incidents and problems, maintenance and support, application platform change control, and automation of processes and procedures. Responsibilities also include integrating people from different countries and cultures into one virtual team, and applying ITIL service management disciplines. This individual will be responsible for maintaining effective and consistent communication within the team, within Engineering peer teams, and the resources in other IT groups. Your key responsibilities . Manage L3 Incidents, Service Requests and problems related to affected services MS and Entrust PKI technology. Knowledge in RSA and other multifactor authentication technologies Responsible for infrastructure design and the planning and implementation of changes within the environment Sponsor changes to the infrastructure needed to support new and evolving services, technologies, and applications KPI analysis to identify patterns and trends and drive performance improvement Benchmarking, productivity, and quality control Ownership of process engineering and operational improvement initiatives including automation tooling Accountable for service life cycle and service levels including development of service technology roadmaps Root cause analysis and service improvement solutions Provide cost-efficient, stable operations for the platforms and services in scope Manage and champion a virtual team to ensure consistency of operations, responsibilities and reporting Build and retain virtual teams in strategic locations as per IT Services location strategy Establish a service culture with sufficiently ITIL-educated operations staff Interface effectively with other functional managers within IT Services Maintain effective performance management and staff development activities Produce accurate, brief and clearly written documents tailored to audience needs and expectations. Identifies potential points of contention for missed activities and notify project leadership of situation Skills and attributes for success Tangible, relevant, and demonstrable experience with PKI and specifically Microsoft PKI technology, integration with platforms and applications, and working with clients. Experience in Macros and PowerShell scripting is an added advantage Possess understanding of interdependencies between various technologies within and external to the identity and access management arena Ability to communicate fluently orally and in writing and present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Perform analysis of metrics and KPIs for the purpose of making decisions around staffing, capacity, and processes. Ability to understand strategic business objectives as they relate to Application Platform Services. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change. Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people to balance demands Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives and to lead virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams Either have or be working towards ITIL Foundations certification Understanding of Windows 2003/2008/2012 and Linux server operating system basics Basic understanding of networking, including DNS, WINS, firewalls, DMZ, public and private networks, and VPNs. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people MS and Entrust PKI technology. Knowledge in RSA and other multifactor authentication technologies To qualify for the role you must have Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experienceFluent in English language written and verbal Approximately 5 years of experience with PKI Infrastructure Hands on experience with Venfai MS and Entrust PKI technology.
