YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Functional File Transfer Administration Configure and maintain various product of Primarily Secure file transfer and would also support backup. Manage workflows, access permissions, automation workflows and operational logs. Troubleshoot failed logs, connectivity issues, permission errors, job scheduling failures and server-side issues. Ensure file transfer setup is aligned with security, audit and change management requirements. Server Administration Build, configure and maintain Windows servers used for infrastructure tools. Perform operating system installation, hardening, patch coordination, performance tuning and capacity checks. Maintain server availability, services, certificates, scheduled tasks and local security settings. Understand and support network connectivity requirements for tools across production zones. Work with network and firewall teams to define, validate and troubleshoot firewall rules and routing requirements. Ensure connectivity is implemented in line with network segmentation and security requirements. Support vulnerability remediation, audit actions, backup validation and security review activities. Identify opportunities to improve automation, monitoring, reliability and operational efficiency. Promote disciplined documentation, handover and operational governance across supported services.
