Environment ManagerWorking as part of the Aviva Investors Environment Management team an Environment Manager is responsible for leading the test environment delivery for projects and Coordinating other environment hardware and software related support & maintenance activities, carrying out environment housekeeping & ensure environments are fit for purpose. The role includes the support cover for both production and non-production environment.Resolving issues with EnvironmentsOwning resolution of any issues related to the Aviva Investors EnvironmentsSupport Test Team by owning any Test Environment issues through to complete resolutionResolve any issues which are within the teams accountabilityWork with 3rd party partners to diagnose / resolve issues in the Aviva Investors Environments outside the teams accountabilityInvestigate any environment related issues, look to diagnose and resolve either, working alone, calling on help from more experienced colleagues or using third parties where appropriate. Once resolved review issue and look to prevent future occurrences. This may require an update to internal or third part processes.Sourcing test data, including backing up and restoring test dataWork with Test Team to understand Test Data requirementsSource data and obfuscate as appropriate (using standard processes) before loading into the Test EnvironmentManage Test Data in-line with project requirements by backing-up/restoring dataManage copies of data and follow documented processes to backup and restore data as appropriateHousekeeping ActivitiesUser accounts clean-upService accounts clean-upServer & System storage Space ManagementPrivileged account activity report review/auditsLeading Test Environment Delivery / Tracking work progressProvide estimates for small / medium projectsTracking actual vs. estimatesLeading delivery of Test Environments into small / medium projectsReporting progress and challenges to test environment managerEngaging / Working with third party testing partnersEngaging with the wider business entitiesCreate and drive through to completion the delivery of the Test Environments.Report progress into the project managerReport all Test Environment delivery risk and issues into the project, ensuring mitigation actions are taken where appropriateMaintain / Create Process documentationAccountable for all process documentation under the remit of the TeamEnsuring all relevant Test Environment documentation is kept up to dateCreate new process documentation as requiredCreating reports and respective analysisGenerating Weekly & Monthly Service reportsEnsure Knowledge Base updated with known issues,
