Job Description

    We are hiring for L&D Manager in Trivandrum LocationRole PurposePart of the Learning & Development pillar within HRS, this role is accountable for end-to-end L&D service deliveryin a global shared services environment. The Manager leads multiple L&D subpillars to ensure operational excellence, scalable delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and digital enablement, while supporting transformation and standardisation across markets.The role covers the following L&D service lines:
    • Project Management
    • Learning Experience Design
    • Learning Design Services
    • Talent Management
    • Learning Management & Analytical Services
    Key Responsibilities
    • Own end-to-end L&D operations across assigned service lines, ensuring stable, scalable, and compliant delivery.
    • Lead L&D delivery within a shared services model, meeting defined SLAs, quality standards, productivity and governance requirements.
    • Provide strategic and operational leadership across Project Management, Learning Experience Design, Learning Design Services, Talent Management, and Learning Management & Analytics.
    • Drive standardisation of L&D processes, service catalogues, operating models, and delivery frameworks across customers and geographies.
    • Act as operational SME for digital learning platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning experience platforms, and learning analytics tools.
    • Establish and sustain strong L&D governance, including SOPs, controls, reporting, audit readiness, and risk management.
    • Partner closely with OE HR, Talent, Business, and Learning stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and drive continuous service improvement.
    • Lead and develop multidisciplinary L&D teams, covering capability building, capacity planning, succession, and engagement.
    • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and productivity initiatives across learning delivery, design, and administration.
    • Support transitions, scope expansions, and onboarding of new customers, countries, or learning services.
    • Use data and analytics to measure learning impact, operational performance, and service outcomes.

    • Works effectively across locations, cultures, and functions within a global L&D operating model.
    Required Skills & Experience :
    • 10 - 15 years experience in Learning & Development operations, HR Shared Services, or Learning Services.
    • Proven people leadership experience in a shared services or global delivery environment.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end L&D lifecycle, including design, delivery, administration, and measurement.
    • Experience across multiple L&D domains such as Learning Design, Learning Experience, Talent Management, LMS administration, and learning analytics.
    • Hands-on exposure to LMS / LXP platforms, learning technologies, and reporting tools.
    • Strong governance, data, and stakeholder management orientation.
    • Experience in transitions, service stabilisation, and operating model standardisation.
    Education :Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.What Success Looks Like :
