Job Description

Software Engineer/Senior Software EngineerExperience: 3 - 6 YearsJob Location: TrivandrumNotice Period: Up to 60 daysWe are looking for a passionate Node.js Developer to join our backend team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic developer eager to learn and grow his/her skills in the field.

  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript
  • Sound understanding of Object-Oriented methodologies
  • Strong expertise in Node.js and frameworks such as Express, StrongLoop, etc
  • Hands-on experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases
  • Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
  • Good understanding of server-side templating languages
  • Hands-on experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
  • Ability to work as individual contributor as well as a good team player
  • Able to develop complex based applications
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Full stack & AWS Cloud knowledge is desirable
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
  • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
  • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
  • Implementation of security and data protection
Qualifications/Experience:
  • 3+ years of Node.js development experience
  • Substantial JavaScript experience
