Roles and ResponsibilitiesOverall Objectives of Job: (If multiple sections, accord weight-ageto each section)To support Allianz OE projects by active participation in Business Transformation Projects covering roles across Consulting, Offshoring, Project Management, Business Analysis, & Process design/ Re-engineering.This multifaceted individual contributor role entails real-world, value-added global consulting experience and offers opportunities to lead and undertake Business / Operations Strategy related engagements. The jobholder will lead or support projects with the below key responsibilities :Consulting responsibilities:1. Take lead in meeting with customers when called upon and perform an initial assessment of business problems2. Ability to lead strategic consulting projects3. Evaluate and Identify business opportunities within OE business groups, analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.4. Formulate recommendations for a businesss structural change, efficiency, profits, performance or perhaps all of these areas with clients. This may include practice of techniques like cost benefit analysis, payback period analysis & breakeven analysisTransition Project Management responsibilities :1. Lead / support Business Transition or strategic projects and initiatives for the OE by making use of Project Management skills, providing effective, value added and sustainable solutions2. Complete all project assignments taking accountability for project timelines and deliverables at each checkpoint of transition phase, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, effective co-ordination and communication management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignmentsProcess Improvement & Business Analysis responsibilities:1. Continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities and applying OPEX methodology / tools to implement solutions as per project requirements2. To work closely with business in order to gather and analyse requirements; while ensuring that all processes, procedures, requirements and solutions are accurately documented to enable superior levels of reporting and knowledge captureOther Responsibilities:1. Provide adequate guidance and mentor Associate Business Consultant and Business Consultants to complete their tasks and take on complex activities through accountable delegation2. Emphasize and encourage Associate Business Consultant and Business Consultants to take up ownership of their own performance and development.3.Act as an escalation point/back up in the absence of Business Transformation ManagerAllianz India Duties & Responsibilities :
