This role requires a proactive approach to handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing counselling to prospective students, and achieving set targets.Responsibilities: Inbound and Outbound Calls: Efficiently manage incoming calls from prospective clients and make outgoing calls to nurture and convert leads. Counseling: Provide detailed information and advice to prospective students about our courses and services, helping them make decisions. Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly targets other KREs. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to foster loyalty. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to enhance our services and offerings. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and prepare regular performance reports.Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Undergraduate degree or Equivalent. Proven experience in business development, tele-calling, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in counselling or educational sales is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Salary: The salary range for this position is 12,000 to 15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.We Offer: A competitive salary within the stated range plus performance-based bonuses.
