Job Description

Role Overview:As a Sales Manager at Menora Homes, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to generate leads for architectural and PMC projects. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with builders, landowners, architects, and potential clients. Your proactive approach in responding to project enquiries, preparing presentations, and following up on proposals will contribute to the companys growth. Representing Menora Homes in meetings, webinars, and client visits will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the design and project management team to ensure alignment between client needs and company offerings. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Your contribution to branding, digital campaigns, and outreach events will further enhance the companys market presence.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for architectural and PMC projects.- Build strong relationships with builders, landowners, architects, and potential clients.- Respond to project enquiries, prepare presentations, and follow up on proposals.- Represent Menora Homes in meetings, webinars, and client visits.- Collaborate with the design and project management team to align client needs with our offerings.- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.- Assist in branding, digital campaigns, and outreach events.Qualifications Required:- Education: Secondary (10th Pass) preferred- Experience: Total work experience of 10 years required, with at least 1 year in construction management.- Language: Proficiency in English is required.(Note: Job Types include Full-time, Permanent. Work Location is in person. Performance bonus may be applicable.),
