Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to be a valuable addition to our team. As a Product Designer, your primary responsibility will involve crafting user-friendly and visually appealing designs for our digital products. These designs will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and boosting engagement levels. Your role will entail close collaboration with various teams to develop and implement design solutions that effectively meet user requirements and align with business objectives.Your key responsibilities will include leading the entire design process for our digital products, starting from ideation to final execution. You will be required to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to guide design decisions and refine product designs. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly convey design concepts and interactions. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders will be essential in defining product requirements and prioritizing features based on feedback and business goals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our design system to ensure uniformity and scalability across all product interfaces. Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design will also be part of your role.To be considered for this position, you should possess at least 4 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a robust portfolio showcasing your design skills and successful product launches. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software is required. A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design is essential. Experience in working within an Agile development environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is expected. Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial, as you will need to clearly articulate design decisions and their rationale.
