Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the banks compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to the Micro Asset Portfolio. This includes coordinating with Micro Assets, Micro Banking Channel, BC Channel to ensure compliance with RBI and other statutory guidelines. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to all compliance standards and guidelines set forth by relevant authorities.To be eligible for this position, you must have a Graduation from a reputed University and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, with at least 5 years specifically in Micro Assets. It is essential to possess in-depth knowledge of Micro Assets/Retail Assets, Banking Operations, and Control Functions.As a Senior Manager & above, preferred qualifications and certifications include relevant certifications, CAIIB, and a good understanding of Risk Management and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel, strong presentation skills, and data analytical skills will be beneficial for this role.This position is located in Thrissur.,
